We are working with a leading provider of Corporate Insurance, Schemes, HNW, Wealth Management, Employee Benefits & Trade Credit solutions as they look to bring in a professional Telemarketing Executive to support the growth of all divisions.
The role will be a part of an established team which already consists of 4 Telemarketing Executives, who are encouraged to work on a quality over quantity basis, spending time building relationships and utilising the quality data that is provided to work strategically and professionally. The role will support two of the specialist departments, working on projects alongside divisional Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speaking with prospective clients, with the aim of setting appointments for specialists to discuss the products offered
- Working on specific projects, tailoring your approach to different markets
- Collate renewal dates from potential customers and maintain appropriate records
- Manage telephone outbound lists to ensure that a consistent process is adopted
- Create and then seek out new opportunities and cement new client relationships
- Become an integral link between potential clients and the Account Executives
- Provide and maintain the highest levels of customer support and service
- Be able to carry out the role in a professional manner to portray the company brand, vision, mission and values
- Assisting with the development of personal pipelines for Account Executives
- Booking in appointments and managing diaries for sales colleagues
- Ensuring prospect folders and the CRM system are kept up to date with details of renewal dates, decision makers and any other relevant information
Key Skills:
- Ability to build rapport with decision makers within a range of business, including large LTD’s, Plc’s and multinational organisations
- A proactive approach, with a natural curiosity and a passion for talking to people from a range of backgrounds
- Comfortable working in an environment with targets, with a proven track record in delivering on KPI’s
- Experience within a Financial Service business is desirable, preferably in an insurance broker, wealth manager or employee benefits provider - Those from backgrounds such as recruitment are also encouraged to apply
In return is a competitive basic salary, along with an uncapped bonus which saw the current team achieve an average of £10k in 2023. The benefits package includes 26 days holiday, a 7% pension contribution, private medical, life assurance and host of flexible options, including the ability to purchase additional holiday days. This is primarily a home-based role and can be located anywhere in the UK, however those based across Yorkshire and surrounding areas would be viewed more favourably due to this business being based in Leeds.
