Role:
- Strategically build and retain a portfolio of commercial clients, utilising the support of an experience Telesales Executive
- Working closely with Account Handlers and Brokers
- Managing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Establishing client demands, needs and requirements through fact finding, to ensure the correct level of cover is provided
- Building a pipeline of prospects through referrals, leads and marketing
- Utilise your insurance industry knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities to generate new business
Skills:
- Extensive experience and working knowledge in commercial insurance
- A driven and determined individual, motivated by achieving results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to maintain and manage relationships
- The ability to influence, negotiate and lead, with a focus on customer service
- Experience of Acturis is desirable
