We are delighted to be assisting the Leeds office of a leading insurance broker as they look to add an experienced Account Executive to the team.
This rare opportunity will take up an existing portfolio of prestigious clients which will be handed over by the MD, so they can focus more on leading the business and implementing the exciting growth plans they have.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, grow & retain a book generating c£300,000 in income
- Manage a complex portfolio of clients and quickly understanding their specific needs and expectations
- Build long standing relationships with new and existing clients
- Made up by premiums ranging from £30,000 to £250,000
- Develop a sustainable pipeline of new business covering a wide range of commercial insurance products
- Drive quality, consistency and accuracy in all aspects of the role
- Use your excellent communication and client handling abilities to ensure an outstanding client experience at all times
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retaining business within the commercial insurance industry
- Ability to cover a large region, utilising your diary management skills to ensure you maximise your client reach
- A genuine interest in building long standing working relationships with clients - There will be a handover period
- Broad risk and product knowledge is essential
- Strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets
- Experience with Acturis is desirable
- You will ideally be Cert CII, or qualified by level of experience
